Our luxury Safari Lodge tent

Out of Africa in Portugal. Ok, you won’t see any giraffes here, nor lions or elephants, but you get a real safari tent with its own indoor bathroom and a spacious veranda, build into the hillside.
The view from the veranda is magnificent, way out over the valleys and the hills almost to the coast.

This tent is made in South Africa by Exclusive Tents and made for a warm climate with a big double roof for extra shade.








This is the real luxury outside living!

Please not that the tent is not suited for people with mobility restrictions - you have to walk a few metres uphill to get there. But it is absolutely worth it!

The lodge tent is furnished with a comfortable bed and seating area.
The compact but complete kitchen is outside on the veranda, and naturally includes a barbeque, essential for grilling the dayfresh local fish and seafood.

Tent&Breakfast

If you wish you can order breakfast with us, the fresh and locally sourced ingredients will be brought to your tent every morning.
In the well equipped kitchen you can prepare your own meals. However, we can also  supply you with several semi-ready-prepared products (home-cooked), which make it easy to prepare a wonderful meal with ease.
But of course you can always go out for dinner or lunch in one of the many cafes and restaurants in the direct area of Troviscais.

By the way, if you do want to see lions and elephants, you can always visit the safari park near Sines.
